Our company serves property owners who need detailed cleaning but also want a polished look. We thoroughly clean and polish surfaces from ceiling to floor, including carpets, fixtures, appliances including ovens, grout lines, and baseboards. Floors are scrubbed then polished according to customer preference. (Natural, Low Gloss, or High Gloss. Cost for polish not included in price).
The cost for a detailed clean and polish is $0.10 per sq. ft. Additional charges for decluttering, interior refrigerators. S0.06 per sq. ft. to maintain the detail clean.
Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly maintenance cleaning.
Carpet cleaning is $25 to $50 an area/room.
Hardwood floor scrub and polish is $25 an hour.
Move-in / move-out cleans
The cost is $180 Maybe more if the cleaning is extensive.
Event cleans / inspection cleaning.

Senior cleaning at a discounted rate. Donated cleans available.
